Fluttershy is coming!

Credit to Britney, who found it on the Australian BABW site.
For all you My Little Pony fans, the date has been released. She will be available for purchase on November 29, 2013, near Black Friday --probably at the same price as all the other ponies. As well, you can buy her "Grand Galloping Gala" outfit as seen in the series.
Fluttershy comes out just a week after the premiere of Season 4, which is of course November 23rd.
If you still wanted Pinkie Pie, rumor has it that she will be returning to stores in November. Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, and Spike are still in stores. Rarity will also be coming near the holidays.
