vwhelp finally replied to an email I sent. I'm going to post my emails I had sent to them, and I will post their replies, all in chronological order.

First email (mine):

For the past few days, BABV has been running very slowly for me and my
friends during each step. It takes 15 minutes for the log in page to load,
15 minutes for the loading page, 15 minutes for the dens to load, and then
the game itself is running excruciatingly slowly, too.
 
It's not our internet connections, because everything
else loads just fine.

We've tried different browsers and got the same result, we clear our
caches and browsing histories every single night, and we shut our computers down
every single night, so please don't tell us to do any of those things,
because we have, and it hasn't done anything.
 
We've done these things all to no avail. It's BABV itself that is having a
problem.
 
Could we please be told what's going on? And can you guys please fix this?

Second email (their reply):

Hi there SarahChocolate65!

We are sorry to hear that you are having connection problems with the game
after following all the steps that is needed to resolve the issue. We will
escalate this to be checked. In the meantime, you can try to login to
other dens with less people. This may be the best alternative in getting into the
game faster.

We appreciate you taking the time to always report and provide us with
feedback. We are trying our best to resolve technical issues and other
in-game concerns that affect our Bearville Citizens. Please note that your
concerns are always taken into consideration although, sometimes it seems
that updates take a long time to materialize. There may have been a lot of
changes in Bearville lately, but rest assured that we have good things in
stored for all
you Citizens.

other questions or concerns.

Third email (my reply):

Thank you for writing me back and trying to fix the problem in the
meantime.


But I just wanted to tell you that going into a nearly empty den isn't
doing anything to help it load faster, either, because we've tried that
already.

Regarding your last paragraph, I would also like to emphasize on that.

BABV has been completely neglected and ignored in the past two years, and
there have been barely any updates whatsoever. There have been no new
clothing items or objects (new items, not old items that have been brought
back) in either Bearville Outfitters or Pawlette Coufur's, there have been
no new Furtastic Fountain items in almost two years, every month just
starts a new cycle of repeats, there are no new quests, prizes, or
giveaways (not repeats, new items), there have been no new Chloe Shows, no
new Paws Fur Nature, and we read on Chloe's blog that she quit BABV, so she
hasn't come on anymore, and Maxine, MiguelSunshine, and Green Tracks
haven't come on anymore, and there was nothing new for Halloween in BABV
this year, except for two new costumes at Pawlette's. Everything else was a
repeat, the Kooky Spooky House prize, the Trick Or Treat Candy, the other
costumes at BVO and Pawlette's were all repeats.

And the Carnival was also a complete bust this year, once again.


And there's also been an ongoing glitch with the Gladiolus Plant, which was
the V.I.B. gift from August, that has yet to be fixed, even though we've
written to you guys about it before.

And you guys haven't been giving out anymore Stuff-Fur-Stuff codes, or
creating any new BABV codes for Build-A-Bear Workshop to give out. And
another thing that really worries us, is that BABW recently came out with
another new set of Small Frys, and only one of them, out of the whole set,
had an online code to be brought to life on BABV.

Could you please, please tell us why BABV hasn't been updated at all? We're
very worried that it's in the process of being shut down, and we don't want
that to happen. BABV has been a huge part of our childhoods, and even
today, we go on it every single day to play and have a good time.

Please don't tell me to check the Bearville Times for updates, either,
because that has nothing to do with BABV not being updated.


Could you please tell me if you guys have something big planned for BABV
soon?

These are things we would like to see in BABV every month:

1. New clothes, accessories, furniture, moves, and rides (new items, not
old stuff that has been brought back) in Bearville Outfitters.
2. New clothing and accessories in Pawlette Coufur's (new items, not old
stuff that has been brought back).
3. New furniture in the Bear Stuff Store and when it applies, the Store Fur
All Seasons (new items, not old stuff that has been brought back).
4. New items in the Furtastic Fountain (we're all really tired of the
repeats).
5. Paws Fur Nature to be updated monthly with new prizes again.
6. New quests with new prizes, and giveaways with new prizes (new items,
not old stuff that has been brought back).
7. The glitches to be fixed.

We would really like to see all of this stuff, the new BVO items especially
(many of us have a lot of credits to spend, but there's nothing to spend
them on).

Could you guys please start updating BABV on a monthly basis again? Such as
on the first of each month, add new items to the stores, and update the
Paws Fur Nature.

Do you also have new items (not repeats) and updates in store for the North
Pole this year?


I'm currently a V.I.B., but I don't like spending money on a game that has
been completely neglected, ignored, and not updated, and I find it
absolutely unacceptable.

Can you please, please tell me if you guys will update BABV on a monthly
basis again?

Fourth email (their reply that I just received today):

Hi there SarahChocolate65!

We have taken note of your concerns and have forwarded them to our
technical department to have the internet connection checked. We are also
sorry that you feel that Bearville has been neglected and ignored for the
past two years. Although, there have been few updates, events and rewards
will continue to run in Bearville.

Glitches and bugs are compiled and sent out for testing. For the Gladiolus
Plant, Citizens having problems can sent us an email and we can send them a
Gladiolus Plant while this bug is being fixed. Creation of New items,
Quests and giveaways require time, planning, and labor. That is why the
updates for new stuff takes a while to come out.

We truly understand how important Bearville is to all of you, Bearville is
also important to us too. It may appear that we are not providing enough
attention to the game but we are all working hard to keep the game running
and performing well. There are a lot of things that goes on to keeping
Bearville and this is where we keep our focus. Rest assured that there are
great plans that are under development to provide our Bearville citizens
the best in-game experience. We appreciate your time and effort to write to
us and share your concerns.

I'm just glad that they actually took the time to reply, and I'm glad that you sent these emails to them. <3 I still feel like they didn't address most of the issues you talked about such as the small fry codes. :p Hopefully what they are saying about new updates in bearville is true. xD

I'm also surprised they actually responded, but at least they did.

I needed to send those emails to them. If anyone feels like they have an issue with something, you need to do something, anything, to make sure you're heard and could help acknowledge the problem.

I agree about the Small Fry codes, but I also included that we were worried that that really meant BABV was getting shut down, so I guess she decided to address that part instead. 

I don't know if I can take them at their word that updates and great plans are under development, but I guess I will.

I'm no expert (or even a beginner) by any means in computer programming or coding or graphic design, but I really don't know if it really does take as long as they say to provide updates in BABV.

Yup, I agree with that 100%. I should maybe do the same thing and send them an email or two regarding these issues. The more voices heard, the higher the chance of us being heard. xD

Yup, it honestly sure does not seem like there are great plans in store. 

I remember back in the earlier years of bearville, there were new updates weekly or almost daily! If it was possible back then, why not now?

They really didn't address the small fries... Hopefully the sock monkeys (i'm getting both! : D) will provide more updates and such since they are only available black friday. I really hope I get my items back soon, I just emailed them again(a few minutes ago) about my items... I'm really getting angry. I've sent them the email when my items were first taken, (which was when the old forum was still going.)

That'd be great. If you decide to do so, and they reply, I'd like it if you'd post their responses, if you don't mind.

I really don't want to be negative, but I agree. I mean, I guess this spring they did have that really cool Magic Bean and new garden stuff update, and they did do a really good job, and they added the Daily Task Badge and new prizes, and they did add two new Halloween costumes at Pawlette's this year, but those are the only updates I remember them doing this year.

They used to do a lot more.

At least they replied and spent time writing all of those emails. I don't understand why they didn't talk about the certain topics you mentioned, but hopefully what they said with everything and on stuff taking a while, I hope that's all true.

I have been having similar conversation with vwhelp.
what were events this year that are remembered?
jrCyber convention, carnival (repeats), zoo open weekend, jrcyber ride, ride for maze 5 days.
was gardenfurniture and cloud room this year? was really hoping MLP would be major. Maybe McDonalds.

Bear valley- a less than 24 game- with many repeat quests. can challenge external friends, but not trade or even play games against them.

I hope they were serious, and not just telling us what we want to hear.

I'm loosing interest in BV and BABW, but if they work harder on BV, I'll have more reason to want to stay. A game's no fun if you've done everything already!

I agree with everyone above. I just emailed them, i'm waiting for a response. Here's what i wrote:

Hello, me and my friends have noticed alot of weird things going on around bearville.
There are no new items, and all the fountain items are the same. It was almost a year since BV didn't have a new paws fur nature, and now it seems like bearville is slowly shutting down. I also heard that ChloeRocks quitted BV, and maxine, greentracks, miguelsunshine, and the cybearguides don't come on anymore. I remember last year everything was updated recently and there were alot of new items. Also, everything is just repeating itself. Same trick or treating move for halloween, same Store Fur All Seasons items, BVO items, Pawlette items, Fountain items. They also don't give out codes anymore. This spring they did update with all the new garden thing, and the daily to-do-list. But it seems like bearville will soon be gone. And we really don't want that, we have played it all our life. Its an important part of our childhood. I really hope there will be new christmas items this year. And new quests, moves, ect. What happened to the old bearville? It used to be updated like once a week or sometimes daily. If they could do it back then, why can't they do it now?

I wonder what caused them to stop with the Smallfry codes. Maybe poor sales? Not many people used the codes?

It still doesn't make any sense to give the Merry Mint Pup a box and code and not the others that came out at the exact same time, though.

I think they take too long with the updates because they don't have any ideas, maybe we should email them some suggestions of how the clothes and/or furniture can be.

When I went on BABV last night after midnight, I saw Rudolph and Clarice in Town Square, and they were both saying the North Pole opens November 27th, so this sounds promising.

I actually quite agree Megan. I mean I absolutely love BABW, but yet I am loosing my patience on BV to start again. As if, I mean we could start designing our own clothes and taking pictures for them to make and transform. BV maybe just needs to show a bit more effort.

As for Sarah, I appreciate you strong work of effort in typing this towards them. That takes a lot of passion and I thank you.
