Missing Piece(Pīsu ga mitsukaranai)
The sunlight shined just so perfectly, brightning up all those in it's path. The tree's swayed happily to the whistling wind that blew ever so lightly as if to comfort the nature around it. The petals from those trees fell, like they were being picked off, one by one, until the branch was bare and empty. The walkway was soft and dusty soil, and was covered by silver square stones, keeping the soil in place and easy to walk on. The flowers tilted slightly towards the sunlight, fighting for the ability to live. They curled at the petals, and the stem twirled inside itself as if it was hugging itself. The girl walked upon the silver square stones, and her feet tapped against the ground as she stepped. Her feet were very small, they looked fit for someone younger than her age. Her feet were covered by black converse, and were spotless and looked brand new. The laces were tied roughly and went into a double knot. The shoes grabbed at her ankles and laid just below her socks. Her socks, had a black lining right below the ending of the top. Lines laid on the sock to make it stretchy, and easy to put on. Her legs were bulky, because she was in fact a pear in body weight. Her skirt fell just below her knees, and comforted her body nicely, folding in from the hips down. The skirt was a pretty snow white, the one you only see in winter, and was very loose and had plenty of room, making it the perfect fit. She flattered that skirt with a blue top, that came in below her neck. On her neck, laid a necklace, that we are yet to known where it came from, but it was indeed sparkly and beautiful. The girl felt the necklace with her fingers, and then it was known that this was a siginificant necklace, not one from a drugstore. Her neck was tall and slim, and featured her bone structure nicely. Her face, was lovely. Her lips were perfectly shaped, no lips could compare to hers. Her cheekbones were strong, and made her cheeks stand out. Her eyes shone as if they were the grass, a lovely spring green that blew you away. Her eyelashes were long, black, and when she blinked, you would get distracted by the way they looked. Her hair were laid in perfect curls, and fell behind her back and upon her shoulders. At her hairline, her hair parted perfectly, and her hair shone in the sunlight. Her hair was a lovely light coral brown.
Although, her personality was ugly and unworthy of her beauty. She was a very cocky person, very full of herself, and showed herself as superior to others. She was bossy, ignorant, and everything you could hate in a person. Her personality and beauty contrasted, making her somewhat normal in itself. She had never felt love for anyone, and was the daughter of a rich family. She was proud of herself, and only herself, and pride was her best friend. Nothing mattered more to her than her dignity, the way people felt of her. She wanted them to be afraid, cowards. Frightened at the sight of her, scared when she walked in, too wimpy to speak out. Her beautiful smile was hidden behind a ugly personality that the beauty inside was held captive of and of ransom.
The boy, walked beside her, and clumsily stumbled and tripped over himself as he did. His feet stomped against the ground, making a heavy amount of noise, and his shoes were way too big for his feet. His shoes were black dress shoes, that had smudges of dust on them. They were worn out, and looked as if they would fall apart any minute. His socks were pink, due to a mishap in the washing machine, and were way too high above his legs, about halfway down his knee, making it a ridiculous combo. Luckily, the socks were covered by his black dress pants, that fell just below his shoes. They were tight and small, and just fit. They had huge pockets, that you could fit just about anything into, but they were empty. He wore no belt, due to the fact he forgot. His short was tucked in at the front, and was white and very dressy. No, this was not his school uniform. The shirt had long sleeves and he had rolled them up as if they could look like short sleeves, but they stood out and looked quite silly. His face, was indeed clueless, but had a giant smile upon his face. He had a strange looking face, his eyes were a dark brown and silver, and his nose stuck out a little too much. His hair was a dark brown, and was very short, and it was just about the only normal thing about him. His personality, was kind. He was the kind of person you love when you first meet them, someone you can't resist talking to, someone to remember. Someone more than everyone else, a significant person. He was very unintelligent, and often did things wrong, but he always tried. He tried to accomplish as much as he could. He was an amazing person.
His name is Joey. Her name is Gabriella. This is their story.
