Help! Anyone else have this problem?

This has been happening since I started BV I think, but I never found out how to fix it:
When I go to my inventory and put my mouse/cursor over an item, the name/label of the item will not show up. And also, after I earn 10+ points on a badge, the thing that's supposed to show up on my screen saying I got 10+ points doesn't show up.
Anyone else have this problem? Or do you know how to fix it?

i have had this problem on one account for years.
I still get the points for the badges, but it does not show. don't get label in backpack on items. just checked again.
you could ask vwhelp and see.

it started when i asked vwhelp for help about a quest that was freezing and not giving reward on a similar named account (in library, i think) and has been a problem ever since.
badges are earned, small hassle on side account just live with.
clear cache or different browser, no change. follows account. other accounts fine.
from response email The Animal Adventure Quest in the Libeary is having issues at the moment. june/july 2010.
you could ask vwhelp and see.

I have the solution c:
Go to "my zone"
On settings, click "on" for tool tips.
And that's it

I found the solution you have your notifications and tool tips off to get it on you go to your ''my zone'' and turn them on
