HACKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just went on bearville like 5 minutes ago and I traded with Joyce Heart 36 who was instant chat.
she was trading me a Maxine ski hat (which I really needed) for a puppy toque thing.. and 100 bearbills.
so we trade, and go into my inventory (happily) and THERE IS NO HAT!!! and I also lost my puppy hat thing!!
I tried like 5 times reloading the inventory. no puppy thing or Maxine ski hat.
I am speechless. how did this happen help!!

This sounds like a trading glitch but to be honest, I'm not 100% sure how they work so you'd best contact vwhelp@buildabear.com if you lost any items c:
It doesn't sound like it's the player you're trading with's fault, although I have heard things about her directly cheating people's stuff through trade

That happened to me with my bbl once </3 it happened with instant chat girl named AjPaw5225 or something. Sorry about what happened, hope you get your item back </3

That happened to me too once! I e-mailed vwhelp and they got my items back.... after like 3 months
