What kinds of videos?
If you mean a video of your screen, you could use the quicktime screen recording. You can download quicktime for free or it might be on your comp. already.

I don't know any that you don't download, but I use HyperCam and Screencast-O-Matic which are free from the web. Screencast has a better quality but has a watermark, whereas HyperCam is not such a good quality (it is alright though) but it is watermark-free.

I usually never download stuff, but when I do a screen recording, I use screen cast o matic, then delete the app when I'm done
