How do you bring a picture to your profile?

I need to know how you bring a picture up to your profile. Thanks!!

There are options at the top of the forum {like Home, Portal, etc.}. You click on Profile → there are going to be smaller tabs you click on Avatar. Then, you can upload your profile picture there. [:

Under the banner of BC there are options and click profile.
Then it will show your username, email, etc. Above your username there will be tabs like Information, Preferences, Signature, etc. You click the option Avatar. Then click browse to open your picture and then click save. c:
