Hi people can someone tell me how to get tickets to someone because i want sumthing from the tickets booth can someone tell me how i give tickets thanks

You can't give tickets on your own. You need to head over to the Ticket Booth and claim tickets there and the Admins will give the tickets to you/to that person.
