it used to be sold in the bearstuff store. not sure how rare, but I don't think it is very rare, and it isn't very wanted.

Its old Bear Stuff store furniture, I'm pretty sure its not that wanted xD. probably like Bri said 1/10 to 2/10 on rareness scale.
