Help me please

Hi everyone, 

A girl named mitzikimonobear on bearville traded with me and I gave her a #1 Fan Hand for the stuffing machine from the fountain and we accepted. But then, I went to check my inventory, my item was not there and she had my item and her item still in her inventory. I asked her to trade back and she declined. What should I do? I really want my item back. Please help me.

Ugh this is one of the common BV trade glitches that happen :/ I know it happened to my sister once she was really mad, LOL. She just e-mailed VWhelp and got her items back from there (: It wasn't really her fault nor yours, just BV messing up with people's trades xP So although it may take a while, just e-mail WVhelp and you'll get the items back once you provide them with the full trade information and item details and things :33

i emailed maxine and wvhelp but I don't know what else i should do. I am really upset by this  :(

I would just keep emailing them, and give them as many details as you can.

All i know is when you mail vwhelp or maxine you have to be as specific as possible!

Omg that happened to me yesterday !! I traded a sequin tank for all seasons hug shirt and another sequin tank but I never got the all seasons hug shirt! 

Just email vwhelp and they'll get back to you cx That's what I'm currently doing to get my second item.

When this happens, I just ignore it. But it usually just leaves ne with my items (eg- Maya and I agreed to trade gold eft for silver.  I pressee trade, it takes a while to say your trade has been accepted.  Thwn I check my inventory and my sikver eft is still there ).
