Is this normal?...

I had just finished accepting a trade, and then this popped up...
Does it mean anything? Or is it just a glitch? Please Help.

It's a glitch, probably something to do with the Bearywood Mall. When you work at the mall, there's like different levels, and the top one is manager, I think.
