These two items are interactive storage furniture, which, as far as I know, will not be shown in an inventory during trade, and are therefore not tradeable. (Unless someone actually checks today and discovers that those two items miraculously became tradeable). I just want to try and make sure the BC traders don't arrange a trade only to realize at the last minute that the items aren't tradeable.

The Toy Box was a gift from Santa two or so years back, so unfortunately if you don't already have it then you can't get it anymore, provided that Bearville doesn't re-release this gift at some point in the future. The Storage Shed, however, can be earned once you reach Silver Level 1 on the Daily Task badge.

I did check Cherie, they are not tradable.
