Is BABV acting up for anyone else?

For the past two days, BABV has been running really slow for me during everything in the process. The log in, the loading screen, and in the game. It's not my internet connection, because everything else is running normally.

I clear my cache and history every night, and shut my laptop down every night. And I've tried both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, and BABV has been really slow in both of those browsers.

I was just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing these problems, or if it's just me.

It's been acting up for a few of us on the chatbox, too. No idea what's going on. :\

Yeah, same here. IDK maybe they're working on the site. Who knows??

Oh, really? Like where it does the hourglass thing and takes like five minutes to load each page?

Sorry to hear that, but at least it's not just me, then. I don't know what's going on, either.

It's pretty much useless to email vwhelp, because they'll just ignore it or give a canned response.

YES! it did that to me this morning :.(...

For me it's not particularly slow on the loading screen, but it takes longer than usual to load one or two items on every page of my/someone else's inventory.

Yeah, I'm having that problem along with all of the other stuff I mentioned.

in the last few days I have noticed bv is taking longer to load,i went on this afternoon and everything was ok:)

It started acting up yesterday!! When I log inane press log in it takes forever to load so I have to refresh then when you press the country thing it freezes then after a while it finally comes in and when I pick which den when the hourglass thing shows up it takes really long to load but idk ussaly when they are renavating bv when you log in they say bv is making changes come back tomorrow to see the new changes but I have no idea what happening cause I can see its happening to all pf us and I asked a few of my friend and it happened to them too

ugh it's sooooooooooo slow!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

I can't even change my outfit without sitting there for 15 minutes waiting for everything to load, and I have a small inventory compared to some. -_-

I emailed Maxine awhile ago and told her everything that's going on and asked what's happening to BABV. I asked her to please let us know what's going on.

I'll post her reply on here when she replies.

Hopefully she replies with some actual information, unlike vwhelp and their automated responses.

Takes 3+ months to even get the automated responses now.

I know it. I would love, absolutely love to go into the work section for the BABV designers and workers, and just see what the heck they're doing, because it's nothing we can see.

I'm sorry, I know you're really busy, but me and my friends really need to know something.
 
Is BABV slowly shutting down? It's just been completely neglected lately. There have been no new clothes or items in Pawlette Coufur's or Bearville Outfitters for quite awhile, only repeats. The Furtastic Fountain hasn't been updated in almost two years, they just cycle through the repeats every single month. There have been no more Chloe Shows. We read on Chloe's blog that she quit BABV, and MiguelSunshine and Green Tracks haven't come on anymore, either. There have been no new Paws Fur Nature issues. There have been no new quests or new prizes. Build-A-Bear Workshop hasn't been handing out BABV codes anymore because they're not making any. There have been some glitches that the BABV team refuses to fix, and me and some others have emailed vwhelp and vwpatrol numerous times about these problems, and neither vwhelp or vwpatrol even bother to respond anymore. And now BABV is loading very slowly for a lot of us to the point of being unplayable and we noticed that out of all of the new SmallFrys BABW brought out, only one of them has a code to be brought to life on BABV.
 
We're very worried, because it seems like BABV is slowly being phased out and will be shut down soon. BABV has been a huge part of our childhoods, and even today, we go on every single day and still love it. We'd really, really hate to see it go. We would just like it to be regularly updated again, and have the glitches fixed, and then maybe more people would come on again, too.

Yeah it has been pretty slow for a few days. They took away a few servers so at one point Waterfall had a lot of people. They are probably working on something.

It's been 2-3 months since I got tricked, and I still haven't gotten my items back from vwhelp. I've noticed that in the catalog, that there's not the "What you get in bearville psi" There's also that birth certificate thing going on... that i'm not really trading any codes anymore, because what happens if it does get fixed, and the psis get taken away? Also, I do not want BV to shut down. I log in every single day and trade with people. BV makes me happy, and I love the new BABW's they come out with. I plan on getting the new Sock Monkeys on black friday. I wonder what the psi is. Anyways, I hope it doesn't get shut down. It really makes me upset to see chloe rocks leave, and other things.
