Currently, the code is an open since she's new, so it has to be activated.
But right now you can just offer for her until her PSI comes out.
I saw her PSI at Build-A-Bear-Workshop, and it looks like Twilight Sparkles shirt, but instead it has Fluttershy's cutie mark on it

Thanks though Lexi! I just got Fluttershy today! She is so cute, yet They forgot to put her birth certificate in the box. I am putting her on Sunday though when I go get the certificate they found. Thanks for offering!
