Looking for... Winter Snowflake Sweater!

It's me again. lol
I'm searching for this adorable outfit;
((not my character btw. ;)))
I forget what it's called. grrr
but if anyone has the skirt or shirt, please lemme know what you would like for it and hopefully we can work something out!

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure where it's from. I'm assuming it's an old Outfitters outfit? Would you be interested in a blue Justice Plaid Skirt and Top? Here's what it looks like;
