Weird Clothes??

I'm not sure if this is so much a glitch, but has anyone noticed if you put on a piece of clothing like a hula top that there is this green bit around your stomach, or when you put on a certain top there are some green straps? It sort of looks like there is a permanent piece of clothing on your bearville person that covers you when you wear an item that shows more skin then usual.

I seen have it before when I wear tank tops or something like that. I'm pretty sure it isn't a glitch but I don't know completely.
