does anyone know any sites that i can make graphics will that are free
i'm very interested in graphics i think they are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
but i have no idea on how to make them Razz or where xD
so if you know any site that will let me make my own graphics PLEASSSSEEEEEEE

Cut out the background (solid) on you're editor.
Make effects.
Type out text.

Photoscape is really good, but you need a windows computer.
Also, Pizap, Picmonkey, and  FotoFlexer are good (they are completely free!).
