how to make graphics

hi i'm trying to learn how to
make moving graphics
i already how to tape the inside of my screen
but i don't know how to put the video inside of a graphic and what program to use lol
i also don't know how to remove the background out of the video lol

PLEASE HELP ME

I personally, recommend Photoshop. It's a bit difficult to use, but it makes amazing results. If you do not want Photoshop however, you can always download Gimp. For the whole inserting videos into a signature, I suggest you search up tutorials! I'd explain it to you, but I'm really bad at explaining. c:
