Its quite hard to explain everything in one post. It takes time to get used to it.
Is there anything specific you want to know about it?(layers, texting, cropping, brushes,etc.,)

To be honest, I do not know how. My computer already brought mine, plus I don't think its free. Sorry about that.

Sadly PhotoShop isn't free . D: If you want a great free editor try and download a gimp version {preferably the newest}

I use an app for my phone/ipod/ipad called piccollage C: well so I take a screenshot of my computer, paste it on to paint and then email it to myself and I open the picture in piccollage. It is an easy photoshop
